Delboys opens every year at the end of April,  the 'season' in Ibiza generally runs from the 1st May until the end of October. 

We open at 10am every day and serve breakfasts until 1pm (until 12:30pm on Sundays so we can prepare the roast dinners).

Main meals are served at any time but our kitchen is closed every day between 3:15pm and 6pm. In the evenings food is served from 6pm until 10:30pm with last food orders taken at 10:15pm. The bar itself is remains open continuously until 2am and sometimes later.                                  We are allowed to serve alcohol whenever we are open.

Proof of age may be asked for, if wishing to buy alcohol and being lucky enough to appear under 18.
